1. Phones should always be on silent & tucked away during the duration of class. 

2. If you arrive later than 5 minutes after class has begun, you will not be allowed to enter and will be marked as a no show as the warm up portion has already begun. 

3. Please be mindful to stay for the duration of class. We structure our classes intentionally so that you have a proper warm up and cool down. You may slip out in the event of an emergency, but we ask that you remain in class for the entire time. 

4. No children are allowed in the studio at any time during class. This is for your child’s safety and the protection of our instructors & studio. 

5. Grip socks are required for all attendees. 

6. You must cancel your class reservation before 4 hours or else it will result in a $12 late cancellation fee. 

7. A no show fee is $20. Please make sure to cancel your retreat in a timely manner to give others the opportunity to attend class.
