    Everything you love about Burn—just in 35 minutes. This express Burn class focuses on slow, controlled movements and dynamic sequences to build strength, endurance, and stability in an efficient full-body workout. Perfect for busy schedules without compromising results.

In Base you'll develop confidence, improve body awareness, and establish the skills needed to progress in your Pilates practice.

  • You can trust the instructors at ‘nSPIERS Pilates to provide safe, effective, and professional guidance in a kind, supportive, and non-judgmental environment. All instructors are Balanced Body Reformer 1 & 2 certified, ensuring they have a strong foundation in Pilates principles, equipment safety, and modifications for all fitness levels.

  • CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

    You may cancel your class up to 4 HOURS in advance with no penalty.

    • LATE CANCELLATIONS (LESS THAN 4 HOURS BEFORE CLASS) WILL INCUR A $12 FEE.

    • NO-SHOWS WILL RESULT IN THE LOSS OF A CLASS CREDIT FOR CLASS PACK HOLDERS.

    • MEMBERS WILL BE CHARGED A $20 FEE FOR NO-SHOWS.
